  1. 1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
  2. 1 pkg (4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  3. 3/4 C vegetable oil
  4. 1/8 C water
  5. 1/4 C vodka
  6. 3/8 C Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
  7. 4 eggs
  1. Additional Bailey's and confectioner's sugar for glaze.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and our a 10 inch bundt pan
  3. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, vodka, Bailey’s and eggs in bowl. Beat until
  4. smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes
  5. out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Mix a glaze of 3 Tbs Bailey's and 3 Tbs powdered sugar until it reaches a thick consistency
  7. (add more sugar if too thin). Drizzle over cake.
  8. OR
  9. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cake.
